The family members involved with the company are kind caring people who really do care about you! They also care about the customer and providing the best quality work and products on the homes they build. All of the employees I have interacted with are friendly, helpful and very kind. I had good training that prepared me for my job.
But I would caution anyone about the timeliness because they may be overcommitted and they may be taking too much time to get something done. There was a member that they assigned to us. Jim was real responsive and real timely, but he often didn’t have the authority to do some things. Once Jim was done with our project, he was hard to reach. Most of our frustration came from the amount of time it took to get the job done. Once the job was done, it was difficult to get in touch with them to get the final walkthrough which was promised to us.

One thing that many people don’t realize is that stairs can take up a lot of room in the main living areas. Many of our home designs use space outside of the main living space for the stairs to the basement, which saves you up to 100 square feet of prime real estate. With a single-floor home design, utility bills tend to be lower because there aren’t as many separate rooms and obstacles to push heat and cool air around. They had no problems at all other then the county giving them the permits but since then they have been going full blown to get the job done. It actually came in under the bid price and completed to my total satisfaction. We were very happy with the company and would recommend them to anyone. In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey.
We have an outstanding record of customer service and industry leading expertise. From writing the initial contract through completion, it was a great experience. DiYanni Homes did all that they said they would do and more. During the process, DiYanni communicated with us frequently and addressed questions and concerns. Today, we still live in the home and love it. The foundation is as sure today as it was when the home was built.

We spoke on the phone for about an hour discussing my complaint. I will admit that after the phone call, I felt a little better that someone actually listened. After a couple more phones calls and about a week later, Ray and I came to an agreement. Diyanni Custom Homes made things right and they are still continuing the customer service that I believe a homeowner needs. So at this point I would change my grading of Diyanni from an F to an A.
You can see how a 12-foot ceiling affects the feel of the home by visiting our Medina Model. We have extended our build territory and are now building North, West and East as well as South of Columbus. Our full design services include modifying any of our plans to fit your specific requirements, or drawing complete custom plans-competitively priced. No one wants to move into a new home only to find out that the utility costs are going to be through the roof. Depending on where you build, you could be looking at natural gas, electric, propane, and more to run your home.
Sometimes, it would take him a while to get back to me. I understand that they are busy, but at least they should respond to me when they get my text message. The price was expensive, but we knew their work was good. With regard to quality, they did a great job. We would use them and we would recommend them because of the quality of their work.
He patiently answered all our questions and did everything he could to try to get us what we wanted & needed in our budget. Unfortunately, it was the budget that made us go with another builder, not Diyanni. We would have loved to have been able to have them build our new home. Their BuildZoom score of 0 does not rank in the top 50% of Ohio contractors.
Paid for the two tone door package which was almost 1k and selected Grey for interior doors and black for exterior. Initially they forgot to paint my doors and hung the doors anyway. Project manager contacted me last week to tell me the painters that have been out 3 times will contact me to fix them again. At this point we could have painted them better ourselves. I dont want to have to take time out of my day during the week every week to watch someone ruin my doors over and over again. When you are building your dream home, don’t settle for less than the highest quality.
